ACM Group’s business was established in 1982 to provide premium collection services to a blue chip client base. ACM Group is a wholly owned and managed Australian corporation. ACM Group operated originally as a mercantile agency providing specialist debt collection services on a commission basis. In 2005, ACM Group changed its focus and is now one of Australia’s largest acquirers of non-performing debt ledgers comprising predominately of credit card, personal loan overdraft debt and telecommunications accounts. ACM Group purchased its first non-performing debt ledger in 2000 from a major international financial institution and has continued with further purchases from major Australian Financial Institutions and Telecommunication providers.

ACM Group utilises its 25 years plus debt collection experience to compliantly negotiate with consumers workable debt repayment programs.
